Our inaugural Safety, Quality, and Production (SQP) Committee officially passed the baton to our new 2023 team earlier this year and we couldn’t let them hand over the reins to the new crew without a proper celebratory dinner sendoff! MBC would like to thank this inspiring crew for all the innovative, thought-provoking, and creative trainings they hosted for our staff last year. Each month, the committee picked a training topic to focus on within the SQP realm to educate our staff and bring that knowledge to our jobsites and beyond. Filled with fun, leadership, and great guest instructors, this committee set the bar high, so hats off to you all. And just like that, the MBC Masters Partee 2023 came and went too quickly. This year's attendance was stellar and included special appearances from Eldrick Tont (aka Tiger!) Woods and Mike Paldino, mentalist & magician. MBC Ladies take March, Women's History Month, to a whole new LEVEL with Habitat for Humanity
McDonald Building Company is proud of our leading ladies who make a difference every day! The month of March marks Women’s History Month and we started off strong by celebrating Women in Construction (WIC) Week. To round out this memorable month, the MBC ladies volunteered over at Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties, PA as a sponsor in support of Women Build Week last Friday. Our MBC ladies learned some valuable and unmeasurably handy skills and had a "bolt" load of fun too. The framework makes the dream work…or is that teamwork? Way to represent, MBC, ladies – you NAILED IT! These wonderful women not only build each other up but build for an important cause!
