Where in the MBC world is Batman now?!? Batman flew on over to the site at NewCourtland Apartments in Northeast Philadelphia and things onsite are moving quickly. The first level of precast planks are being set and the wall panels on the third level are getting secured. Shout out to Independence Steel & Dale Construction for their handy work onsite these last few weeks. Phase 2 of this project will ultimately offer 48 one-bedroom apartments for seniors and support space along with convenient covered parking. Renovations to the infusion pharmacy have kicked off at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philly!

Renovations to the existing infusion pharmacy at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia have kicked off and progress is looking tremendous. Demolition is near completion as we have our sights set on expanding the existing footprint of the 5,000+ square-foot infusion lab and upcoming pharmacy. Patients will enjoy the expanded courtyard views with extra treatment chairs and other amenities through the design creatives over at Charles Matsinger Associates. MBC named Construction Partner for Project HOME's Renovations at Kate's Place on Sansom Street

McDonald Building Company is thrilled to announce we are preparing to start renovations over on Sansom Street in Philadelphia for Project HOME Kate’s Place. Dedicated to preservation, the project entails renovating the existing 144 units to further enhance the building’s amenities for residents. The renovations for this 11-story building have just started and will also include an ancillary community room, a library, chapel, and laundry services. Batman soars over 400 W. Elm jobsite to capture Cranetastic work!

Batman took to the skies to document the crane-tastic work at the 400 West Elm jobsite in Conshy. With careful safety precautions in place, the team was able to make the most of what was anticipated to be a two-day crane pick all in ONE DAY! Huge kudos and thanks to the trades and teams onsite to make this happen. It’s no small feat, but it was a successful operation installing 36 condensing units, 3 ERU’s, and 2 stair pressurization fans. Batman was thrilled to be our eyes in the sky to capture such a tremendous milestone.
